The Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Course is offered by SimpleClass.net and is approved* to issue certificates in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code.

The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 requires people to take a Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Class prior to receiving their bankruptcy discharge.

If you have already filed and have a case number from your court, you may take the Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Course.

This course has a two hours minimum requirement. You may take as long as you need but you must spend at least two hours studying the course material before you will be allowed to take the final exam. You may log out at any time. When you return, your course will continue where you left of

The cost of the class is $19.95*** for individuals or joint filers (no additional fee for spouse or certificates).

  1. Received a completion certificate for a Pre-Filing Credit Counseling course.
  2. You have filed for bankruptcy.
  3. You have a case number issued by the court.
